The management of IBS is multifactorial and my approach will not only look at diet but other factors such as stress and sleep. From this I can build a complete picture of your diet and lifestyle and create a tailor made treatment plan to empower you to make positive changes that will enable you to finally get your symptoms under control and give you the freedom to enjoy food again! I am on the Kings College London register of Dietitians who have undergone additional training to provide advice on the low FODMAP diet. The low FODMAP diet is an elimination diet with proven success in many IBS sufferers. It involves cutting out foods that are high in FODMAPs (fermentable carbohydrates) and then reintroducing them one at a time to discover which foods can be tolerated and which need to be avoided or limited in order to improve IBS symptoms. The diet should not be undertaken without the guidance of a FODMAP trained Dietitian due to it's complexity and the amount of false information often given about it. A trained Dietitian will also ensure that you end up with an enjoyable, balanced diet at the end of the process, rather than unnecessarily avoiding more foods than needed.

I have extensive experience in weight management and focus on helping you to build a way of eating that is enjoyable and sustainable long-term. I provide help with creating a better relationship with food that will equip you with the tools to lose weight and keep it off while ensuring no food is off limits.
